My main focus is an Over 50s fitness programme for continuing good health, strength and fitness — but I work with adults of all ages. I provide personalised support and motivation and make exercise convenient and enjoyable — so you can stick to your programme and develop healthy new lifestyle habits that last. Too many people are put off by gyms that feel impersonal or programmes that don't fit around real life. My sessions are different: relaxed, purposeful and entirely centred on what works for you.

Whether your interest is sustainable fat loss, toning, bridal fitness, nutritional guidance or recovering from injury, I'll help you build fitness you can maintain long term — with an eye on healthy ageing and staying strong for life, not just short-term results.

I also offer private tennis coaching on home tennis courts — as a former professional player, I can help you sharpen your game without leaving your property.
